I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, specializing in individual psychotherapy for high-functioning, motivated adults in New York, New Jersey, Colorado, and Washington, D.C. My mission is to create a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore and work through a variety of challenges. Having been on both sides of the therapy process, I understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable, and I’m committed to making sure you always feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
